Interview Project – David Lynch
Director David Lynch has launched his “Interview Project”. During a twenty thousand mile road trip across the whole of the U.S.A and back, which will last a whole year, he and his team will film ‘mini-portraits’ of travellers who they meet along the way. This is an interesting artistic initiative with a positive motive – to portray a more human image of an America that is too easily stigmatised by the clichés that are so readily promoted by MTV (My Sweet Sixteen, Jackass, The Hills…) and the like.

J’aime bien le concept de “Interview project” qui s’inscrit dans la lignée des écrivains de la beat generation, avec des romains comme “Sur la route” de Jack Kerouac.
Les amateurs de ce type de démarche aimeront sans doute le film “Alice dans les villes” de Wim Wenders
