Pimiento Mojito @ Park Hyatt Vendôme

At the heart of the Park Hyatt Vendôme hotel, under the olive trees of its interior patio, you will find the new corner bar in honour of 10 Cane rum.

We took advantage of this and stopped there for a while to sample the new cocktail menu that explores all the varieties of the Mojito, from the famous Purple Mojito to the Bals Fragaola (strawberry and balsamic). However, the one that won us all over was the Pimiento.

I could describe each and every one of the flavours to you, but instead I advise you to pay the bar a visit one evening when you are in good company, between 18:00 and midnight, and try one of these Mojitos concocted by Yann Daniel’s team (who we had already met). Ask above all for the menu called “Summer 2009 Mojito Collection”, and definitely try a Pimiento.

    J’ai testé le Mojito bar plusieurs fois cet été et franchement c’est de grande qualité ! Cela vous réconcilie avec les cocktails. Même le bloody Mary pourtant tout simple à faire est une tuerie ! Et les tapas ! Cher mais pas tant que cela en rapport avec la qualité des boissons !

    Niveau Mojito je reste sur le classique, sans même la goute d’angustura. A la rigueur, un Apple Mojito pour varier les plaisirs, mais encore…
