Le Siffleur de Ballons
The Siffleur de Ballons is our new culinary haunt where you’re bound to come across us one lunchtime or another!
Recently discovered while wandering in the 12th arrondissement, this small establishment is a “treasure trove for food and drink”, which also doubles as a delicatessen for fine foods. You can eat or drink everything for sale in the shop.
You’re likely to find us there eating a luxurious sandwich, a crayfish soup or asparagus tips… and lardo di Colonnata! A true gastronomic delight, this lard cured in coarse salt and aromatic herbs simply melts on a delicious toasted baguette…
We won’t say any more, you’ve got to try it! The charming hosts are always prepared to offer their advice about which wine goes best with your meal, and you can even leave with the bottle if you haven’t finished it.
