Nomiya – Palais de Tokyo

I went to Nomiya, a temporary restaurant in one of the best locations in Paris. Its ideal location on the roof of the Palais de Tokyo gives this culinary project an unsurpassed view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. (Video below)

Inspired by the contemporary artist Laurent Grasso, the culinary director Gilles Stassart and the head gardener Pierre-Alexandre Risser, Nomiya is at the centre of the Art Home project by Electrolux, which brings together both a culinary workshop and a town garden.

Every lunchtime and evening Nomiya welcomes 12 guests with a menu that varies according to the ideas of the team and the season.

I highly recommend this restaurant, which transported me to a world of romance and surprises for the evening. Open now for groups of 2 or more:

Lunch and dinner for 12 people (reservations in groups of 2, 4… etc. up to a maximum of 12).

Timetable: from Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00-14:30 and 19:30-23:45.
