Week-end éclair chez Fauchon

Vanilla and glacier mint, smoked salmon and pea, camouflight… These are just some of the many flavours created by the pastry chefs at the luxury gourmet store Fauchon for their éclair weekend.

On 5 and 6 September, the window displays of the boutique in ‘place Madeleine’ will be dedicated to the éclair. They really are masters of the art of pastry making, and we have to recommend that you try the ‘cherry blossom’ flavour.

    pour ma part j’ai la chance (habitant en ‘province’) de passer demain par Paris, et je crois que je ne manquerais pas de passer par fauchon pour gouter ces éclairs ! miam !
