Harads Tree Hotel

Perched amongst the trees in the primeval forests of Sweden, the Tree Hotel offers its guests the opportunity to be at one with nature, in a duplex with a spectacular view.

The architects Tham & Videgard Hansson have designed this structure in such a way as to allow its inhabitants to experience total immersion in nature – it is perched in a tree and camouflaged thanks to its mirrored outer walls.

Comprised of a bedroom, kitchen, lounge and patio, the cube opens thanks to two large doors that make up one of the walls, giving its occupants a perfect view of the beautiful sunsets…

The uncluttered interior is nevertheless welcoming, despite the weight restrictions that the architects had to overcome.
