IIDA Light Pool

The Light Pool mobile phone by IIDA is a gem in terms of design, and will soon be hitting the Japanese market.

This ‘science fiction’ creation is not unlike one of our favourite examples of architecture in Tokyo, the Prada store designed by Herzog and De Meuron in 2003.

The face of the phone lights up differently according to the whether you receive a call or a text, but also in synch with the clock, and for special occasions.
