Nintendo Wii U
Presented this evening at the E3 in Los Angeles, here is the latest Nintendo console: the Wii U.
Taking the best elements of the Wii and the DS, this new console provides a joystick – or rather a controller – which promises a gaming experience even more exciting than that offered by PlayStation 3 and Xbox360, that are now the Wii U’s competition.

A real UFO, the controller consists of a touch screen (6.2 inch), two analogue circle pads, a camera, an accelerometer and a microphone. It will result in seamless interaction, freeing the television from everything deemed unnecessary. It will also be possible to use the controller as a completely separated portable console.
Finally, the home console itself possesses technical capabilities that allow it – finally – to offer high definition graphics, putting Nintendo back in the running with regard to pixels and frame rate.
More information should become available over the next couple of hours, but here is a list of titles already announced: Batman: Arkham City, Assassin’s Creed, Dirt, Ghost Recon Online, Tekken, Metro Last Light, Aliens Colonial Marines, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge, Darksiders II.
