A.P.C.
A.P.C. or Atelier de Production et de Création is a French ready-to-wear brand created in 1987 by Jean Touitou.
Representing a certain minimalist vision like that of the middle-class ‘Parisian left bank’, the clothes are sobre and well cut. They draw inspiration from a rather preppy domain, with a few references to the military or rock scene.
A.P.C. is also famous for its jeans, slim cut in Japanese denim.
And fashion is not the only realm that A.P.C. explores, since the designer regularly proposes CDs and small series of items as a result of his interest in music and budding designers.
A.P.C. is now available throughout the world, ranging from stores in Paris to selling points in Tokyo and West Hollywood.
