Cerruti Printemps-Eté 2010

Amongst the brands that presented their collections during men’s fashion week, it was Cerruti that really grabbed our attention due to the sobriety and quality of their revisited classics.

You heard it hear first: Cerruti are returning to the forefront of the French fashion scene with a specific objective. Jean-Paul Knott, the brand’s artistic director, is continuing his simple and authentic project: that of making Cerruti a timeless and elegant brand, a world apart from the fleeting nature of passing trends.

This is a collection that will appeal to a great number of people: the measured cuts of the basic items go hand in hand with some bold details.

You won’t find any electric blue or fuchsia pink here: the colours are very discreet. Nevertheless there are still some surprising pieces, such as this green biker jacket, the loosely stitched tops and the tops made from technical fabrics.

J’aime bien la veste de costume sombre qu’on aperçoit à la fin de la vidéo, sinon l’ensemble est trop classique dans les coupes pour moi…
